Return/Refund Policy

Return or refund requests: Can only be made within 24 hours after delivery. Requests outside that window can no longer be processed.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund/return, except if:
The item arrived damaged.

Full-Price Items
May only be returned if:
The item arrived damaged.

What We Don't Accept
Returns/refunds are NOT offered for:
You changed your mind.
You no longer want the item.
Stolen or lost packages.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, they cannot cancel or modify an order.
